Establishing in 1967, Chengdu Pan Asia Crankshaft Manufacturing Co., Ltd, is an expert in manufacturing crankshafts, connecting rods and balance shafts for the gasoline engine and diesel engine. Located in Datong Town, Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City, our company covers an area of 20,000sqm and employs 700 staffs, including 90 professionals and 10 senior engineers. Our current capital totals RMB65 millions, including the fixed assets of RMB 50 millions.

We owns five production lines of multi-cylinder crankshafts for the gasoline engine and diesel engine, two production lines of racing connecting rods exported to Europe and America, as well as one production line of balance shafts. Our annual output is 300,000 pieces of crankshaft of various motors, 150,000 pieces of connecting rod sand 250,000 pieces of balance shafts.

The production structure is mainly divided into three parts: the first is crankshafts and balance shafts, used for light passengers cars, pickups, SUVs and SPV business cars. The major clients are: Baoding Great Wall Gas Engine Co., Ltd., Sichuan Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Huanchen Engine Co., Ltd., Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd., etc; the second is crankshafts of saloon cars, and the major clients are Tianjin First Automobile Group, Chery Automobile Corporation Ltd., Geely Holding Group, Taiwan Huayu Automobile Co., Ltd, Dongfeng Yueda Qiya Automobile Co., Ltd., etc; the third is exported crankshafts and racing connecting rods. The major clients that mainly use our connecting rods for racing cars are Ford, Volkswagen, Daimler Chrysler, Honda, etc. Our crankshafts and connecting rods are chiefly used for Chevrolet (350,454) and Volkswagen VW4 series, and exported to markets of America, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, and Sweden where our products are much favored by the customers.

Our company firstly passed ISO by the end of 1996 among the companies in this field, and then changed the edition to ISO9000 in 2000. In 2001, we were awarded the ISO14001 and by the end of 2005 passed ISO/TS16949. Thus, we have had a much better platform for the management, and then caught up with the international automobile groups and engine manufacturers initiatively quickly.

Our company has been engaged in crankshaft processing for more than 20 years, so we have developed a hundred kinds of new crankshafts, connecting rods and balance shafts and accumulated lots of professional experiences in the processing of crankshafts, connecting rods and balance shafts.
